People have long understood the relationship between sound vibrations and healing. Ancinet tribes for ages, have used this knowledge of calming and soothing sounds in their everyday lives.</p>
<p>Centuries of evidence of this knowledge survives today in the chant songs of the Native American Indianc, Aztec Medicine Men, Tibetan Mediation Songs, Arabic Prayers and the list goes on&#8230; In some cultures, a person is given a song before their birth! Parents sing this song to the unborn child and teach the song to all the members of the tribe.&nbsp; Whenever someone is ill or feeling bad, the entire village sings the person&#8217;s song to restore them back to health.</p>
<p>Each and every person has a core sound, harmonic resonance, a vibration or a set of vibrations that emanate from our body at a 62 to 72hz frequency. A person&#8217;s wellness is found to be at, or between, these frequencies. We also find head colds and influenzas range in the 50 to 60hz frequencies. Further research studies reveal tumors and cancer reside in the 40 to 50hz frequencies.</p>

The body was designed to be marvelously adaptive, and soon becomes accustomed to high stress response levels. In fact, for some people this becomes a way of life. Unless they are continually experiencing stress symptoms, they don&#8217;t feel quite right.</p>
<p>If however, stress remains at a high level over a long period of time, the body responds by increasing adrenalin and cortisol (stress hormones) production along with blood fat and sugar concentrations. Serious health problems involving the circulatory, digestive, and nervous systems can occur. The body&#8217;s immune system decreases, thereby making the body more susceptible to illness.</p>
<p><strong>The Body Warns Of Too Much Stress</strong><br />
Of course the body can&#8217;t go on indefinitely under high stress levels. It begins to send out warning signals such as headache, digestive upsets, anxiety attacks, depression, and general fatigue. The stress response uses a great deal of energy, so the body&#8217;s protective systems go into action. It urges that physical and emotional energy supplies be replenished with food, sleep and recreation.</p>
